How do I access The Wall Street Journal?

Answer

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) is available via the database ProQuest. You can find it by going to the Databases button on the library home page and clicking "News Resources" or navigating to the first letter of the title of the newspaper, W.

The direct link is here:

Access through ProQuest is text-only (no graphics). We do not have access to WSJ via its website.

If you find an article via the website, you can search by title or byline in the database or browse by date of publication. Sometimes finding the article is tricky because the title between the web and the print differs. (Librarians are frustrated by this, too!) If you can't find what you are looking for, please reach out to a librarian via chat via the library home page.

For hints and screenshots for using WSJ, see the Research Guide News Sources in Library Databases.

If you have trouble finding a desired article, be sure to Ask a Librarian!

To see if we have access to other newspapers, search the Journals directory from the library home page (blue button).
