How do I make an interlibrary loan request?

Answer

You can save some time with your rrequest. Search for an article in One Search or library databases. On your results page, you will see a Access options. If the library does not have access, you will see a link to Request this title from another library (ILL)

database screenshot with arrows to access options, below the article title and the link to ILL requests

Click on that link and login to Tipasa using your Rider Key and Rider password.  You will be directed to a Tipasa Create a Request form that is autofilled.  Prior to submitting the request, you must select the date that the interlibrary loan is needed before.

You may also chose to submit an ILL request for a book by using the ILL form, go to: https://1793.account.worldcat.org/account

Login with your Rider key and password. Choose the type of request: Article, Book, or Other. Complete all the fields that are required and click Submit.

You will receive an automatic email confirming that the interlibrary loan is being processed.
