Reference and Periodicals Materials

a. Reference materials are non-circulating and are intended for in-library use only. b. A librarian or the University Library Manager may give permission (includes patron's name, title of Reference materials, due date/time, and librarian's name) for a primary user to borrow Reference materials under special circumstances: ● Faculty or staff who wish to borrow materials for classroom instruction or lectures. Materials will have a 3-day loan period at the discretion of the librarian. If the materials are not returned, the replacement cost will be imposed. ● Students who wish to borrow materials for class presentations. Materials must be returned the same day. If the materials are late, a fine will be charged. If the materials are not returned, the replacement cost will be imposed.
